To all WT Cabal Players.

In order to keep our community safe and orderly, You therefore agree to abide the rules and regulation either in-game or forums. It is necessary for every registered player to sign-up and participate in the forums for updates and information regarding this game. REMEMBER, IGNORANCE IS NOT AN EXCUSE...

ACCOUNT POLICY

While registering your account to WT Cabal , make sure that all the information you provide are true and correct. Providing fraudulent/false information shall be dealt accordingly. The WT Cabal Staff have reserved their right to block your account until further investigation.

It is your responsibility to never share your account ID and password to anyone, either in real life, in-game or outgame(in any means possible), in order to prevent unauthorized access of your account. The WT Cabal Staff will not be held responsible for any compromised or unauthorized access of your account. We will never replace any lost items/alz when your account gets hacked/stolen.

1. WHILE PLAYING WT CABAL, you must respect the rights of others and their rights to play and enjoy the game. To this end, you may not defraud, harass, threaten, or cause distress and/or unwanted attention to other players.

Note: Persistent begging for alz/items is prohibited in this server as this could harass/interfere other players' activity to enjoy the game.



Serious Game Offenses and Hack Policy

1. Account Scamming/Phishing

You may not attempt to induce another player in revealing his/her user ID and/or password through any means is not acceptable by our law.

2. Use of Prohibited IGNs/Impersonation/ing

For simple reference, avoid:

- Impersonation of GMs, CMs, Moderators or Players that will mislead or cause confusion to other players.

- Sexual context.

- Obscene body organs.

- Vulgarity or otherwise offensive, or may cause confusion.

- Names that is or may be illegal or is or may be protected by trademark or other proprietary rights laws.

If we believe that the account was created to mislead, confuse or annoy other players with the spelling of the name, the GM/CM/Admin will grant a permanent ban to the character. It is suggested that the players find other alternatives and do not use the choice of name in doubt.

3. Vulgarity (Punking GM, Foul/ Obscene Messages, Discrimination)

YOU MAY NOT USE any sexually explicit, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive language in the game. The Gamemasters will have sole discretion on what constitutes improper language based on existing laws and morals.

And you may not post any SITES that contains racially, ethnically offensive and sexually explicit.

4. Exploitation of Bugs/Glitches

It is inevitable to encounter bugs or glitches in all games. Players who discover any bugs or glitches in game should report the situation to the Staffs immediately. Players will be penalized if they are found to be making use of the bug/glitch for their own interest, regardless if the course of action may or may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players.

5. Game Hacking

Usage of third party software, memory editors, emulators, trainers or debuggers (Hack tools) in altering the Game which may/may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players. (E.g. Speed hacks, god mode hacks, auto-click, auto-loot, no skill cool down hacks.)And any distribution on the said third party program will be granted a punishment.

YOU WILL FOLLOW the instructions of the GM while in WT Cabal or on the Official WT Cabal Forums.



YOU MAY/ARE NOT

- organize nor be a member of any guilds or groups within WT Cabal that are based on, or espouse, any racist, sexist, anti-religious, anti-ethnic, or other hate-mongering philosophies.

- give false information or intentionally hide any information when registering for your WT Cabal account. Note: These details are used for account security purposes so providing accurate and proper information is a must.

- upload or transmit on WT Cabal or on the WT Cabal Website any copyrighted content that you do not own all rights to, unless you have the express written permission of the author or copyright holder.

- attempt to interfere with, hack into, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running WT Cabal.

- to modify any part of the WT Cabal Client, Server or any part of the official WT Cabal Webpage located at http://traxes.malware-site.www/

- to arrange for the exchange or transfer of any pirated or illegal software while on WT Cabal Game or on the official WT Cabal Website.

- to market, promote, advertise, or solicit within the WT Cabal Online game or on the official WT Cabal Website.

- to advertise the intent of buying, selling in-game items/account/chrones for real money/loads and vice versa.



These rules may be subject to change as the management see's fit without prior notice.

All penalties and sanctions are subject to a Game Master/Administrator's discretion and will be applied according to circumstance.You SHOULD follow the instructions of the GM while in WT Cabal or on the Official WT Cabal Forums.

Important!: Players are advised to safe-guard their own accounts as they are responsible for any actions done using it. Accounts that are caught for illegal activities will face penalties as stated above, regardless of whether the illegal activities were done by the rightful owner or otherwise.Please be guided accordingly of the Game Policy, Penalty and Offenses

No Compensation Rule and Disclaimer

Effective immediately, we shall no longer compensate hacked/scammed items or gold/In-game currency or faultty chrones. A player is responsible for the security and confidentiality of his/her account password, including the various uses of the password, whether authorized or unauthorized. Account Security is therefore the sole responsibility of the account holder. As such, you are earnestly enjoined to take all security measures reasonably available to safeguard the operating system and accounts when accessing the Games and the websites. The WT Staff will not be held responsible for the loss of your items due to faulty chrones trading or chrones scamming with other players.

We advise all gamers to be vigilant in protecting their own game accounts.And we would like to encourage everyone to continue to be vigilant in reporting gamers who are violating the game policies by posting reports in our community forums report section.



IMPORTANT TIP: Changing your account passwords on a regular basis is a good start. Also, please be vigilant in checking the details of the in-game items you will be trading with other gamers before accepting a trade. Lost items due to negligence in trading transactions will not be compensated.

PENALTY GUIDE

All penalties that concern in-game are also applied to the forums and vice versa. The Staff have reserved the right to suspend/block your account temporarily or permanently with/without prior notice. The staff may also reserve a right to confiscate the blocked account's in-game items depending on the offense.

GUIDELINES ON HOW TO REPORT BLOCKED ACCOUNTS

1. If your account has been blocked, please proceed to the BLOCKED SECTION of this forum.

2. Do not PM any staff, which includes the CMs, EMs and GMs on-duty, case concerns should be done in FORUM Section.

3. Do not report/complain on behalf of the suspended or banned user in-game or in-forums. If you wish to help someone, you may teach him how to use the forums or private messaging to the staff.

GUIDELINES ON HOW TO REPORT ABUSERS, HACKERS AND SCAMMERS

1. Please proceed to the REPORT ABUSERS, HACKERS AND SCAMMERS section of this forum providing proofs, such as raw screenshot or videos.

2. Fraudulent reports will not be tolerated. The staff has the right to permanently block your forum and/or in-game account when caught doing so.

3. No actions taken for groundless report or reports without valid proof.


GUIDELINES.

Our forum guidelines are based two basic principles: Respect and Proper Ethics. With respect you get good quality posts and topics; with proper ethics you gain order. Hand in hand, these two will help give us the environment that is conducive for everyone in the forums.

Here are the top three things to keep in mind when posting in our forums:

1.) When you post, everyone can see it. Make sure everyone can read it, understand it, and be better after reading it.

2.) Make sure that if you say something, it is constructive

3.) All activities in the forum will affect everyone one way or another.
