New Banlist system format.

Reason Category Code C1
C11B = No Respect Player
C11C = No Respect Staffs

Reason Category Code C2
C21A = Impersonations,Inappropriate names
C21B = Flaming and trolling.
C21C = Spamming
C21D = GW Bug (for first time)

Reason Category Code C3
C31A = Scammer ( eg: item/avatar and etc. )
C31B = Harrasment
C31C = Bug Abuser
C31D =

Reason Category Code C4
C41A = Selling/Buying ID/item in Real Money
C41B = Hack/Third party Tools
C41C = Donation Fraud
C41D = Imposser

Format will be : <IGN> <reason> <server type> <date/time> <screenshot/video>
viewable format example : Night - C31A - Mercury - 12-12-09/10.00PM - screenshot

Category Punishment
C1 - ban up to 1 - 10 day
C2 - ban up to 1 - 3 Week's
C3 - ban up to 1 Month - 12 month
C4 - Perma Banned

staff management need to post the person <IGN> <reason> <server type> <date/time> <screenshot/video> format.
