GAME RULES

PK/PVPing
This is a PK and PVP game. There is no restriction upon how many times some one can PK you. However, if one player follows another player around constantly and continuously PK’s them then that is a form of harassment and not tolerated. If that occurs please provide the GMs with evidence <fraps or SS> and the harassing player will be dealt with.

Hacking / Bug Exploit
Hacking or exploiting bugs is not allowed. If you are caught doing so, your account will be banned to Hacker Prison. Since all accusations of hacking must be backed up with proof, i.e., Fraps or SSs, those will be reviewed by the Head GM and the Admin. During the time your account is under review, you can dispute the charges but must provide proof that you were not hacking. If found guilty by the Head GM and Admin your account will be permanently banned. (Suspension Level: Permanent Account Ban)

Advertising Private Servers
You are not allowed to advertise any other private server. We do not tolerate any advertising. If do so you will be jailed in Hacker Prison. (Suspension Level: Temporary Account Ban)

Inappropriate Language
Although we are a 17+ server, there is a difference between trash talking and harassment. While trash talking is acceptable, being out right vile, rude, racist or outright over the top is NOT allowed. Upon being reported <either overseen by a GM or SS/fraps> your character will either be warned or jailed depending on the offense. As in all rules 3 warnings result in jail time. If the behavior continues, you will be permantely banned.

No Spamming
We do not allow spamming in either Normal chat or Shout. If you are caught spamming, the punishment can result in any of the following, a warning, being returned to your spawn point or being d/c’d, if you continue you will be jailed in hacker prison. Your jail term depends on what is being spammed.

English
The English is the main language for speaking in The Game. We do understand that we have players from all parts of the world, but in Normal and Shout chat please try to speak English the best that you can.
Note: Some of our games (like at Th Hub) there are dedicated staff who speak English/Malaysian/Chinese/India community.-

Sharing Account
Sharing accounts is not allowed. Sharing accounts could lead you to a lost account. Password and email recovery will not be present if accounts are lost.

Respect The GM’s
We are here to provide the best gaming experience for you. We try our best to make this server the best. We offer our best to help the players. We are not here to make friends or cause any fights. Please have respect for us as we respect you. If you disrespect a GM and continue to do after being warned 3 times your account will be jailed for a term decided upon by the level of disrespect that you have shown.(Suspension Level: Temporary Account Ban)

GM Name Dropping
GM name dropping is not acceptable. We as GMs show no favoritism nor take any sides. If you are accused of GM name dropping, which must include SS evidence, you will be warned, upon three accusations, you will be jailed for a term decided upon by the GM.

Scamming
Scamming players is not tolerated. Any scammers caught will be jailed or banned. Depending on the GM consideration. (First Suspension Level: Temporary Account Ban) (Second Suspension Level: Permanent Account Ban)

ChroneScamming
Scamming players is not tolerated. Any Chrone scammers caught will be jbanned.Forever. (Suspension Level: Permanent Account Ban)

Account Information
We the GM team will never ask any players for your account, password or any information. If you happen to fall into this trap please be warned that any items lost cannot and will not be recovered.

No Begging to Staff
Staff will never give anything free to any player no matter who you are. We keep the players balanced. We treat you the same as the rest. We do not have favorites and give out items to any player. Any player caught consistently begging a GM for items, events or money will be warned and then after a number of warnings will be jailed. (Suspension Level: Temporary Account Ban)

Accusing Hackers
Calling someone a hacker without evidence can result in a jail term. If you are accused of calling some a hacker and they provide us with SS evidence, then one strike will be placed against you, after three strikes your account will the moved to jail for a term decided upon by the GM. (Suspension Level: Temporary Account Ban)

Impersonating Staff
Impersonating a GM is not tolerated. Using a GM’s name or guild name, announcing events and any other GM based activity; including creating or being in a GM based guild is not tolerated. Using a GM name, impersonating a GM or creating a fake GM guild will result in immediate account ban. Announcing events will result in your character being jailed. Lost Items During Server Maintenance
Although it hasn’t happened yet it is possible to lose items during a server matinee, if items are lost there is no way to recover said items.

Evidence/Accusations
Please remember all accusations must have some kind of evidence, either SS or fraps. Saved chat logs are not allowable due to the fact that they can be altered. If you make accusations against another player or GM without evidence you will receive a strike against you and three strikes will result in either jail time or account ban depending on the severity of the aforementioned accusations.

Advertising the intent to trade I.D Account for in-game items or Real Money/Card Load is not allowed. Please remember that Forum Administrators will not accommodate complaints or scam reports regarding transactions that involve RMT trade. Agreeing to the trade means willingly violating the forum guidelines, thus waving your right to seek punishment

Real Money Selling/Buying/Trading
No Selling/Buying/Trading of accounts and/or in-game items in exchange for Real Money. Players has ben caught will be automatically removed and char will be Permanent ban. And also may apply in game vice-versa.
Simply put, any Player's or post that has Real Money/Reload Card or any in them would automatically be removed and Permanent ban
